Georgian citizen has been arrested in Athens on charges of theft. According to the local media, two people tried to rob the apartment when the owners of the house returned from a three-day trip, noticed a suspicious movement, locked the door and called to police.

Defendants jumped out of the balcony to escape, but one of the neighbors managed to stop him. Later the detainee was handed over to law enforcement.

The accused had stolen gold and money. The other person managed to escape.
