Rehabilitation works on Chavchavadze avenue to be completed

Rehabilitation works on Chavchavadze avenue, on the section between Avalishvili Street and Vake Park will be completed any day now.

As the Mayor of Tbilisi said, the City Hall does its best to make public transport comfortable and popular way of transportation.

Kakha Kaladze added that in accordance with international standards, Chavchavadze Avenue will be fully adapted for people with disabilities.

According to the Tbilisi City Hall, the rehabilitation area covers 2.5 kilometers. In total, the asphalt cover on Chavchavadze Avenue will be laid on an area of 60 000 square meters.
