The health condition of one COVID-patient is severe. Such a statement made today the Medical Director of Tbilisi Hospital of Infectious Diseases.

According to Marina Ezugbaia, out of the 11 new coronavirus cases revealed in Georgia, four are imported and 7 represent contacts of the already confirmed cases. The imported cases represent truck drivers.

“A total of 162 patients continue medical treatment at COVID Centers. The 23 patients infected with COVID are receiving treatment at Hospital of Infectious Diseases”, - added Ezugbaia.

Totally there are 1 039 cases of coronavirus in Georgia and 900 recoveries.
