Out of 15 new cases of coronavirus, 4 cases originate from Gachiani, 3 are imported, 4 patients are the contacts of previously infected, 1 is medical personnel while the remaining 3 cases are being studied. Such a statement made the medical director of the Infectious Diseases Hospital.

According to Marina Ezugbaia, as of today, 244 active coronavirus patients are being treated in COVID centers.

“In August, there were 26 confirmed cases, 27 have recovered. COVID doesn’t go anywhere, it lives with us, it"s important to observe the regulations in order for the figures not to be concerning”, - said Marina Ezugbaia.
