Customs clearance period for cars extended – the MIA

According to the Service Agency of Ministry of Internal Affairs, following the recommendations of the Interagency Coordination Council and the decision of Ministry of Finance, due to preventive measures against COVID-19, the period of customs clearance got extended until September 1, 2020.

“The Service Agency urges citizens who have imported vehicles before May 1, 2020, to apply to the Agency on time to avoid queues and fines and carry out customs procedures by August 31”, - reads the statement of the agency.
