If elections were held on coming Sunday, 33% of the population will support the Georgian Dream and 16% - the United National Movement - IRI poll

If the parliamentary elections were held on Sunday, which party would the citizens support? This is one of the questions of the research, conducted by IRI.

According to the survey, 33% of population will support the ruling party.

Georgian Dream - 33% - first choice, 2% second choice;

United National Movement - 16% first choice, - 4% second choice;

European Georgia - 5% first choice - 6% second choice;

New Georgia - Strategy Builder - 3% first choice - 4% second choice;

Alliance of Patriots - 3% first choice - 5% second choice;

Labor Party -2% first choice - 4% second choice;

Civil Movement [Aleko Elisashvili’s Party] - 2% first choice - 3% second choice;

Try for Georgia - 2% first choice - 3% second choice;

Girchi - 2% first choice - 1% second choice;

17% have no answer to the question, 11% refused to answer.


The survey was conducted in the form of a face-to-face interview from June 4 to July 2. it covered 1 500 citizens of Georgia. The survey error is plus / minus 2.5%.
