Registration for one-time assistance of GEL 200 per child to start on August 15. While registering, the person should provide following information:

Child’s name, surname, date of birth, ID number;
A parent or legal representative’s name, surname, ID number;
Bank details of a parent or legal representative;
Mobile phone number for SMS.

Registration instructions are available on the website of the Ministry of Health: www.moh.gov.ge and on daxmareba.moh.gov.ge, which will be launched from tomorrow.
