The Russian Prime Minister plans to visit Belarus today

Russian Prime Minister will visit Minsk. Mikhail Mishustin’s visit to Minsk is to pave the way for a meeting between Alexander Lukashenko and Russian President Vladimir Putin within the next two weeks.
