The citizen of Turkey, who attended meeting with representatives of NATO troops at Poti seaport, tests positive for COVID-19. Citizens of Georgia and the U.S. also participated in the event.

As the Deputy Director of the Poti Center for Public Health said, the meeting was attended by 13 people, including two representatives of the Poti seaport, who were tested for coronavirus and the results will be known today.

“Infected Turkish citizen is currently in the Batumi Infectious Hospital. The meeting was attended by 13 people, including two representatives of our seaport. Both of them were tested yesterday and we are waiting for the results at the end of the day. Both have self-isolated themselves. Their condition is satisfactory today”, - added Zinaida Gagua.
