According to Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia, foreigners entering Georgia will have to present PCR test results when arriving in Georgia from September 15.
He said the above decision was made in order to protect the health of Georgian citizens, as we well as foreigners.
"From September 15, all foreigners entering Georgia, including on the principle of reciprocity, will be required to present 72-hour PCR test results, which is necessary for us to protect the health of our citizens and our guests.
This decision also applies to the countries that have not had any restrictions on the principle of reciprocity," - said the Prime Minister.
