Four candidates participate in competition for post of GPB General Director

Four candidates have qualified for the second round of a competition for the vacant post of General Director of Georgian Public Broadcaster (GPB).

Tinatin Berdzenishvili, Irma Sokhadze, Khatuna Lagazidze and Aleksandre Vakhtangovi will continue running for the post.

Tinatin Berdzenishvili received 9 votes, Irma Sokhadze – 7, Khatuna Lagazidze – 7, and Aleksandre Vakhtangovi – 5.

The competition announced by Board of Trustees of GPB was closed on September 17. Vasil Maghlaperidze quit post of General Director of GPB on August 18.
