The Minister of Defence Irakli Garibashvili has met with the Supreme Commander of the NATO Allied Forces in Europe Tod Wolters.
The meeting focused on Georgia’s role in ensuring international security, as well as the importance of planned international military exercises in Georgia. The parties also discussed regional security challenges and Georgia’s role in the Black Sea security architecture.
Garibashvili thanked Walters for NATO’s support for Georgia’s sovereignty, territorial integrity and Euro-Atlantic integration.
