The 25th patient to die from coronavirus had ischemic heart disease, severe respiratory failure, and fever. After he was taken to a fever center, he underwent a covid test, although before the laboratory test results became known, a 76-year-old man died.

The infection of the patient became known this morning. Family members of the deceased have already been transferred to self-isolation, while epidemiologists are looking for contacts.

According to Nona Efadze, Deputy Director of the Public Health Center of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara, the patient underwent all kinds of resuscitation measures, but could not be saved.
