There may be a peak of coronavirus cases for a few days and then the number of cases will gradually decrease. Such a statement made today the head of the department at the Tbilisi Infectious Diseases Hospital.

“All the infected are being identified, which is good, as they do not stay at home or the community. Therefore, I think we will have a peak for a few days and then we will have a decrease”, - said Marina Endeladze.

448 new cases of coronavirus confirmed in Georgia today, bringing the total number of infected people to 6640. 3419 patients recovered.
