The football match between the national teams of Georgia and Belarus will be held without fans being present at stadium. Such a statement released today the Georgian Football Federation.
“According to the decision of the UEFA Executive Committee, from October of this year, the member states of the organization will make a decision on the attendance of a limited number of fans during the national team and club matches, taking into account the epidemic situation in the country.
Gathering of thousands of fans is associated with special epidemiological risks, therefore, at the recommendation of epidemiologists and health specialists, it was decided to hold the match between Georgian and Belarusian national teams on October 8 without fans being present at the Tbilisi Dinamo Arena stadium”, - reads the statement.
