The officers of Kvemo Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative and investigative activities detained an under - aged person – N.O. (DoB 2004) in Gardabani municipality for premeditated murder.

Committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.

Investigation established that in Martkopi village, Gardabani municipality, on the basis of conflict, detainee inflicted multiple injuries with a cold steel to the co-villager – Z.Kh. (DoB 2001). Due to the received injuries the wounded person died shortly after he was transferred to the hospital.

Police detained N.O. as a result of immediate activities.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
