Houses of Justice and community centers across the country will serve citizens from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. Until now, Justice Houses in Tbilisi, Kutaisi, and Batumi served customers from 09:00 to 21:00.
“Most of the services of the House of Justice are remotely accessible. However, if a citizen is unable to use the services remotely or needs services that require an on-site presence, such as an electronic ID card or biometric passport, he or she can apply to the House of Justice.
The citizen will receive a primary death certificate on weekdays without booking a visit, and on weekends - only in electronic form. Birth certificates are issued on weekdays after pre-booking a visit and on weekends - only in electronic form.
Pre-booking of the visit is possible on the portal MY.GOV.GE. Through MY.GOV.GE it is also possible to use various municipal services.
Customers will not receive the service without prior booking. A person arriving to receive services will be allowed in the buildings only with face mask”, - reads the statement of the House of Justice.
