The Speaker of the Georgia Parliament underlined in his speech at a final campaign meeting in Tbilisi the importance of choosing peace, dignity, development, and security.

“Everyone clearly saw, either unconsciously or intentionally, how Georgia was being pushed to destroy itself, what kind of pressure there was from inside and outside to make Georgia lose its footing.

When we inquired about the economic repercussions resulting from joining the sanctions, we received no assurances regarding economic or financial guarantees.

When we asked whether, in the event of this escalation leading to war, we would receive security guarantees, the answer was also negative.

And when we posed the question of whether this meant we were expected to simply sacrifice ourselves, the silence that followed spoke volumes.

We choose a country where the foremost value is humanity. We choose a Georgia of patriots, professionals, both renowned and unnamed, dedicated to the homeland and the true spirit of the honest Georgian people.

The Georgian Dream chose peace, dignity, development, and security, while the opposition opted for pseudo-heroes, false values, and a counterfeit homeland.
