Irakli Kobakhidze has been nominated once again as the candidate for Prime Minister of Georgia. The relevant decision was made at today’s meeting of Georgian Dream’s Political Council.

“As per our charter, the party’s Honorary Chairman has the authority to nominate the Prime Ministerial candidate. It may be no surprise that Bidzina Ivanishvili has nominated Irakli Kobakhidze for the position. Of course, he was fully supported by the Political Council”, - said Mamuka Mdinaradze, the Executive Secretary of the ruling party.
