According to the National Environmental Agency, from April 8 to April 11, rain is expected in Georgia, heavy in some places, snow in some places in the highlands, strong westerly winds, and a storm of 4-5 points at sea.
“The expected heavy rains can significantly increase water levels in rivers and cause flash floods in small rivers. Avalanches can form in the highland regions of the country, landslides and mudslides can occur in hilly and mountainous areas [danger level medium]”, - says the agency.
