As a result of the conducted operational measures and investigative actions, officers of the Main Investigation Department and the Main Detectives (Operational) Department of the Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs arrested Z.N., born in 1980, on charges of drug crime.

The crime is punishable by up to 20 years or life imprisonment.

During a search of the residence of the detained person, law enforcement officers seized 992 pills containing a particularly large amount of the narcotic drug "MDMA" as evidence.

The investigation is underway under Article 260, Part 3, Subparagraph "a" of the Criminal Code.
