Late at night, a minibus carrying children on an excursion crashed near the Surami-Khashuri junction. Several vehicles collided with each other.
Ambulance, fire and rescue teams and law enforcement officers were mobilized at the scene. The injured were taken to Khashuri Hospital.8
There were no casualties.
An investigation into the incident has been launched under Part 2 of Article 276 of the Criminal Code [violation of traffic or safety rules for vehicles, which caused harm to human health].
