The National Bureau of Enforcement recently initiated an eviction at Tvalchrelidze Street No. 1, which escalated into both verbal and physical confrontations between residents and police.

The residents were demanding access to their apartments but were denied the opportunity to enter.

The Enforcement Bureau has issued a statement regarding the mentioned building. They emphasise that the buildings are fully depreciated and pose a significant risk to the health and safety of their inhabitants. This assessment is supported by a report from Samkharauli Forensic Expertise, which confirms that the load-bearing walls are damaged. There is a real danger of collapse at any moment.

"Negotiations were underway with the creditor party, who was also prepared, together with state agencies, to discuss providing temporary housing for the illegally residing families. However, some families refused these offers.

We urge those who entered illegally to comply with the court`s decision and accept the offered solutions. Otherwise, the Bureau will be compelled to enforce the court`s ruling", - reads the statement of Enforcement Bureau.
