The Chairman of the Government of Adjara, Sulkhan Tamazashvili, met with the Minister of Culture of Georgia, Tinatin Rukhadze.

Within the framework of the meeting, the main directions of development of the cultural sphere in Adjara and prospects for future cooperation were discussed. It was noted that the establishment of a new structure in the region - the Ministry of Culture, provided an opportunity to further strengthen this sphere.

As it was emphasized, with joint efforts, the cultural sphere in the region will be further strengthened.

The parties also discussed current and planned projects, support for innovative cultural initiatives and opportunities for involving young people in creative processes.

Within the framework of the visit, Tinatin Rukhadze also held a meeting with the Minister of Culture of Adjara, Elisso Bolkvadze.
