Speaker of the Georgian Parliament has departed for Belgrade on an official visit. Shalva Papuashvili will participate in the first, founding Conference of Speakers of Parliaments of EU Candidate Countries.

The format, organized at the initiative of Serbia and Ukraine, aims to deepen parliamentary dialogue among candidate countries, coordinate positions, and provide mutual support in the European integration process.

During the visit, Shalva Papuashvili will address his colleagues, and following the conclusion of the working sessions, the parties will adopt a joint statement.
