Batumi will host the culinary festival "Gemo Fest" on September 5 and 6, 2026, near the White Colonnades on the Old Boulevard.

Organized by the Georgian National Tourism Administration [with the support of the Department of Tourism and Resorts of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara and the Batumi Municipality City Hall] on the Old Boulevard, near the White Colonnades, "Gemo Fest" will combine the unique gastronomic traditions and diverse flavors of Adjara.

In addition, an entrepreneurial market will be organized at the festival and a musical program with the participation of a band and DJ will take care of the mood of the guests for two days. Various entertainment activities are also planned within the framework of the festival.

Entrepreneurs displaced from Abkhazia will also participate in the festival.

On September 5 at 21:00, the concert will feature Big Daddy Wilson, an American blues and classic soul singer and composer.

The goal of "Gemo Fest" is to popularize the diverse cuisine of Georgia’s regions and support local entrepreneurs.

The festival will bring together local producers and gastronomy lovers in a single space, which will help promote regional products and support business development.
