The Constitutional Court judges disagree with opinion that they try to delay decision on the case of Rustavi2. Some of them claim that the issue will be discussed as quickly as possible and the decision will be made in accordance to law.

The exact date remains unknown, because the judges still don"t plan to attend the sittings till the investigation is underway at the Prosecutor"s Office.

Judge Otar Sichinava explains in detail the procedures and claims that the " speculative" information is released in regard to Rustavi2"s case.

" No need to exaggerate the issue. There are other cases as well, which are not so sensational but are not less important. The legal problems are for us much more important than the channel,"- said Otar Sichinava.
