Rustavi 2 and TV Sakartvelo lawyers call on the Constitutional Court judges to be loyal to teh oath and the Constitution. Company lawyers say the court has violated deadline in connection with decision on Rustavi 2" case.

The lawyers say that the statutory 9-month period expired last month. The lawyers request the members of the Plenum of to declare the decision immediately.

According to lawyers, Rustavi2 has not benefited from a fair trial, the delay in the decision on the constitutional complaint reinforces their doubts regarding the pressure on the Constitutional Court judges .
