Kibar Khalvashi`s lawyer denies authenticity of scandalous document

Unlike Irakli Okruashvili, Kibar Khalvashi`s lawyer does not confirm the authenticity of the scandalous document

Paata Salia claims that documents publicised by Rustavi 2 yesterday are false.

He says that they has no connection with the scheduled process and the Supreme Court does not have to take into account the new situation.

"Khalvashi categorically denies the existence of an agreement with Irakli Okruashvili and any signatures on paper. What was shown on Rustavi-2 TV, is a fake document," - says Salia.

According to the lawyer, if the party has the original document,an examination may be conducted to determine whether the signatures belong to mentioned individuals.

"We believe that this is a document that has just be created and the signature does not belong to Kibar Khalvashi," - said Paata Salia .

Rustavi 2 has obtained a controversial document, which confirms that Kibar Khalvashi has never owned Rustavi 2. The document is dated February 4, 2010, and it includes an agreement between Irakli Okruashvili and Kibar Khalvashi.
