The NGOs called on the Supreme Court to return the "Rustavi 2" case to the previous instance court.

Civil sector says that taking into accout the controversial document, Irakli Okruashvili should be involved as the third party and only afterwards the legal dispute can be continued.

The third sector also talks about political motives. They said, the most important is that the Supreme Court is not subjected to political influence.

"If the authenticity of the document is confirmed , it overturns the whole process, because it is clear that there has not been and could not have been the case of Kibar Khalvashi as a proper suitor. Irakli Okruashvili should be involved as a third party. Naturally, all this will be impossible to do at a cassation stage and therefore, logically, the Supreme Court will have to work make the right decision and return the case back to previous instances, "- said the chairman of the Democratic Initiative of Georgia, Giorgi Mshvenieradze.
