Rustavi2" s lawyers have submitted an agreement between Irakli Okruashvili and Kibar Khalvashi to the Supreme Court. According to the lawyers, the document will change the course of the case.

The Supreme Court will discuss admissibility of Rustavi2"s appeal today.
According to Tamta Muradashvili, Rustavi2"s lawyer, these evidences will help the court to satisfy Rustavi2"s claim , which implies the case;s return to the lower court and full investigation in order to establish the truth.

" Our position which has already been introduced to the Supreme Court gives grounds to admitt it as admissible. These new evidences will additionally help the Supreme Court if it wants to establish truth on this case,"- said Tamta Muradashvili.
