Iraki Okruashvili"s lawyer speaks about validity of the agreement, signed by Irakli Okruashvili and Kibar Khalvashi in 2010.

He asserts that the document has already gone through a number of international examinations and confirmed the authenticity of the signatures.

" As far as I know the decisions and actions have not been agreed with Irakli Okruashvili, - Levan Alaphishvili said.
" The document, which is essential for the case and isl revealed after the proceedings, is the basis for the resumption of the proceedings,"- said Okruashvili"s lawyer .
