Irakli Okruashvili has reiterated authenticity of an agreement, signed by him and Kibar Khalvashi . He states that it was not in his plans to disclose this document, however he has changed his mind due to the conflict with Kakhi Kaladze and dismissal of his teammate from the position of Gory City Council"s Chairman.

Irakli Okruashvili made a statement in an interview with journalists today.

" This was a response to Kakhi Kaladze"s actions in Gori City Council. Ilia Metreveli was dismissed yesterday and I had no other choice than to publicize this document,"- said Irakli Okruashvili.
