Nika Gvaramia, Director General of Rustavi2 claims that after the City Court and the Court of Appeals a Supreme Court is being pressured by the government, He made a statement at a special briefing today.

The Panel of Judges which consists of three judges is considering eligibility of Rustavi2"s claim for the fourth day already. According to Nika Gvaramia, the judges believe that the claim should be allowed, but the government pressures them and demands to make other decision.
Nika Gvaramia states that a particular judge is assigned to this mission. In the case of the Supreme Court a trustee is a deputy chairman .

Nika Gvaramia has also announced that the Security Services are involved in the process as well.
