The Supreme Court considered the Rustavi 2 appeal admissible.The Supreme Court has six month to consider the appeal which means that the deadline expires on January 25. However, Rustavi management and the lawyers do not exclude that the court proceedings may be completed earlier.

The Rustavi 2 Director General Nika Gvaramia held a special briefing and said that the judges who signed the resolution part, had withstand the pressure, however, left the disputed provision, which applies to the consideration of the appeal without oral hearing.

Broadcasting company"s lawyers to the Supreme Court in another petition to hold a hearing on the merits, and they should be given the opportunity to publicly express their position.
