In connection with Rustavi 2 case, Irakli Okruashvili`s lawyer did not rule out that the other evidence may be presented. if necessary to prove the authenticity of the document signed between Okruashvili and Khalvashi.

Levan Alapishvili made comments about the document signed by Irakli Okruashvili and Kibar Khalvashi in 2010 and said that the authentity of the document was confrmed by a French expert who was provided with documents signed by Khalvashi at the notary.

The French expert has concluded that the agreement in connection with Rustavi 2 signed by Kibar Khalvashi was authentic. However, the lawyer said, Okruashvili was ready to submit the document to another alternative independent expert .
