Politicians argue on the issue of pressure on the Constitutional Court and Statement of the Vice President of Venice Commission , according to which the court is not independent and free from interference.

The ruling party and opposition representatives have already commented on the issue.

According to the opposition, the Constitutional Court is being pressured by authorities.
" Constitutional Court can not function properly due to Ivanishvili"s and his team"s activities,- Giorgi Kandelaki said.

Levan Samushia, a member of Free Democrats states that the Cable Case and the case of Rustavi2 confirm that there is an interference in the Constitutional Court"s work.
