The Constitutional Court has satisfied Rustavi2"s claim on the decision taken by Tamaz Urtmelidze . The Broadcasting company demanded to declare the norm as unconstitutional.

The Constitutional Court has suspended the norm on November 13, 2015, however the decision has not been taken till now.
