The City Council minority demand the abolition of the City Park. The City Council MPl Aleko Elisashvili demands from the City Hall the cancellation of the contract with the company .

At the briefing held at the City Council , Aleko Elisashvili presented the data according to which, the company City Park has received , 62 million GEL in the last two years.

" You can see that "City Park" took 62 million out of our pockets in 2 years. Out of which 18 million were transferred to the City Hall, the rest - nearly 44 million it took home. None of the parking was ever built. City Hall has to terminate the contract. We shoud pay 25 million, and I call on the Mayor to include this money in the budget , "- said Alexander Elisashvili.

Comments were made by the City Council Republican MP, Davit Zurabishvili. He reminded David Narmania of all promises that he gave before his election as Mayor.

"There was a clear promise that the City Park problem would be taken care of. We remember that at the beginning they started talking about the cancellation of the contract, but it ended. City Park does not change tactics, it does not do anything, "- said Zurabishvili.
