Kibar Khalvashi`s lawyer hopes that the Supreme Court will upheld the decisions of lower instance court . At the same time, he does not exclude that the case e may be returned back for consideration to the Court of Appeal.

Paata Salia also has no problem with the fact that the Supreme Court`s hearing will be closed for the sides.
