United National Movement believes that the Supreme Court Judges refused to implement Bidzina Ivanishvili"s instructions and handed the Rustavi 2"s case to the Grand Chamber, however, the Party members underline that the judges were not able to make a positive decision.

"It seems that judges did not and refused to implement Bidzina Ivanishvili"s orders, However they were not able to take a decision in favor of Rustavi2. Therefore they made an intermediate decision and handed the case to the upper chamber,"- said Sergo Ratiani.
