The Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court is preparing to review the Rustavi 2 case. In the meantime,the members of the Grand Chamber have to consider the motion of Rustavi2 lawyers and take a decision.

Rustavi 2"s lawyers filed motions in the court a few minutes ago .

One motion is about a request for an oral hearing in the presence of the parties. In addition, they ask, if necessary, the recusal of four judges whom Rustavi 2 lawyers do not trust.

"I also requested to receive a reasoned judgment as to why the panel decided to pass the case to the Grand Chamber for review," - said Dmitry Sadzaglishvili.
