Judges assess processes around Rustavi 2.
The members of the Appeal Court and the High Council of Justice rule out the possibility of pressure on the judges of the Grand Chamber and are waiting for the decision of the Supreme Court.
The statement was made by the Chairman of the High Council. Levan Murusidze excludes any pressure on judges and advises to verify information provided by the source. .
"The three judges said that there was no pressure on them. I also stated that allegations that Mikheil Chinchladze applied to pressure was slander. I want to state that Mikhail Chinchaladze has not had any communication for more than three months with three judges who are considering the case and if you have your sources please verify the correctness of my words. As to Vano Zardiashvili, it is such an absurd issue. Since he does not know, has no contact , therefore, does not have the force to exert any pressure on judges, "- said Murusidze.
