Zaza Tavadze commented on Rustavi 2 case. According to him, the date when the decision of the Constitutional Court will be issued is not yet known.

Tavadze explained that  in  case the new judges of the Constitutional Court required to review the case, the oral hearing of the case would be held, but the Chairman of the Constitutional Court said that it the process was not dragged.

"I would not say that it is delayed, because, despite high public interest in this case and in other cases with regard to the Rustavi-2, there are legal procedures that must be protected.
