Nika Gvaramia, a Director General of Rustavi2 held a briefing a few minutes ago on the company"s financial problems. He underlined that the Supreme Court has not found time to examine lifting seizure from Rustavi2 till the trial will be finished.

"The whole year has passed since the whole property of Rustavi2 and TV Sakartvelo have been seized , accordingly we do not have possibility to appeal to banks for overdraft or loan. During this time salaries were given on time. unfortunately now we have to delay to issue obligations to creditors, "- said Nika Gvaramia

He stated that Rustavi2"s failure, to fulfill compliments is caused due to the court"s decision.

" This is due to the fight , which Georgian State runs against Rustavi2 and the Judicial system is involved in that,"- said Nika Gvaramia.
