Rustavi 2 lawyer spoke in teh Courier about a special statement made by Director General of the Broadcasting Company Nika Gvaramia.

Dito Sadzaglishvili commented on the situation which the channel has recently encountered.

Sadzaglishvili believes that a solution to the fact is that the Supreme Court makes a legal decision regarding the request of the lawyers. More precisely, the motion concerning the revocation of the seizure or substituting it with a more flexible form.

Sadzaglishvili said, their demand is reasonable and justified.

"As for the content, the most important is that the purpose of this case is actually to use the seizure for the financial destruction of Rustavi 2 and not for the enforcement of provision," - said Sadzaglishvili.

The lawyer said that the only solution is for the Supreme Court to cancel the decision on seizure.

Sadzaglishvili noted that the Revenue Service should not the freezing of accounts of the Rustavi 2.
