Davit Bakradze, a leader of the parliamentary minority and member of European Georgia makes an announcement about pressure on judges of the Supreme Court,.

According to him, it was clear from the beginning that the case of Rustavi2 was the government"s fight against free media.

"If Georgia fails to ensure media freedom and the freedom of the court, We will be left without visas Europe and normal development . Therefore this is the issue, which has a fundamental importance for future of our country. Therefore our demand is to investigate this case.
First of all, we appeal to the President and require to get involved and supervise this process. We will meet diplomatic corps and ask our foreign partners to watch this process. We call on the NGO sector to cooperate on this fundamental issue in order to ensure that this case will be fully investigated and finally, as parliamentary minority, we are requesting the parliament to get involved in investigation,"- said Davit Bakradze.
