The National Movement faction speak about new circumstance regarding a million given to Judge Nata Nazgaidze`s family.

According to Marina Datukishvili, the Ministry of Economy put on auction a new plot of land in Sandroeuli street a few days ago which is located next to the plot transferred to judge"s family.

The price of the plot on the auction was 2 million GEL , that is 4 times more expensive than the plot of land given to Nazgaidze.

"The plot of land of 5 thousand square meters was given to Judge Nazgaidze`s families at the price of estimated by forensic bureau of 515 thousand A few days ago,, the Ministry of Economy announced an auction for a far less plot of land in Sandroeuli street which the Ministry of Economy has priced initially at 2 million 400 thousand GEL.

"I have a contract, which includes no obligations of the parties. This is clear from an extract from a public registry where the liability part of the contract is simly empty, "- said Marina Datukashvili.
