Rustavi 2 broadcasting company`s Deputy director general, Zaal Udumashvili expressed gratitude at the briefing held by Rustavi 2, to his teammates and thanked the population for supporting Rustavi 2.

"I would like to address you not as a manager of the channel, but as an ordinary journalist, who has spent 14 years on Rustavi 2.Today more than ever, I am proud of the Rustavi 2 team. The team that has in a very unequal struggle brought this channel up to the present. I want to thank each of my teammates for not stepping back , and we will not step back and we are going to continue this way in the future. I do not want to believe that the Supreme Court"s Grand Chamber will take the decision that will put an end to the future of this country. It is very difficult to believe, because it is not a decision on Rustavi2, it is a decision on the future of our country. Rustavi2 is unfortunately still working in an emergency mode, Rustavi 2 is still in need of protection and this is the last stagebefore the announcement of the decision , which will be very important for this country, "- said Zaal Udumashvili.
