Kibar Khalvashi`s lawyer does not have the expectation that the court will render the decision today. Paata Salia explains this by the motions on ths recusal of judges filed by both parties.

The lawyer spoke about the reasons why judges Alavidze, Katamadze and Gasitashvili should not consider the case; however, for him the arguments of Rustavi 2 regarding the recusal of two particular judges is incomprehensible
